The Traveler Escape is a full-scale acoustic travel guitar (same scale and fret spacing as a Strat, 25.5"), yet only weighs 5 lbs.
It has a full-scale neck with the string tuners on the body side, which keeps the overall length down while still allowing the full 25.5" scale.
The Escape EG-1 is an attractive guitar that features an American Hard Maple neck with an ebonized rosewood fretboard. The AAA version has an alder body with AAA flame maple top (good flame figure visible in wood top).
It includes a full size humbucker pickup, volume and tone controls and an onboard Pocket RockIt headphone amp with distortion & clean settings. You can also plug this guitar into an amp. It also fits in airline overhead compartments.
